This was the worst experience I ever had working with a trophy company! I started working with Teresa (who is a liar with no regards to other people's business). We contacted Award Zone to get trophy for our Dance Competition. Teresa assured me that they would be able to make our trophies in time for our event. I checked in with the company 3 times over 4 weeks to get a quote (that we never received). Instead of sending us a quote she suggested I get my trophies from somewhere else (that was the biggest warning sign that I ignored). Teresa Emailed Me This Instead Of A Quote.

I have worked with Awards Zone both professionally and personally, and have had a wonderful experience each time. Their staff is extremely timely in their responses, and they do a great job of sending proofs and making edits quickly and efficiently. I am very picky about my wording, grammar and branding, so I can be a pain, but they allow me so much grace. What really blew me away about this business though, was their generosity. Disturbing. The product was incorrect and the lady behind the counter became hysterical and threatening.
My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. I booked a surprise trip to very nice local resort for the weekend that included champagne on arrival. I decided to surprise her with a small memento of our trip. Seeing that Awards Zone had such good reviews, I decided to visit and see if they could provide me with two engraved wine glasses.
I visited a week before the trip. The man behind the counter and very nice and helpful. (I believe his name was Phil for what it's worth.)

The best trophy shop in charlotte! Award Zone is a top-notch trophy and award shop. I ordered medals and acrylic awards for our recent 5K event. The products ordered was exactly what we were looking for. It was well made! They custom made the Awards with our logo. The medals were extremely nice with a nice weight, not cheap plastic. very strong and resilient material. The acrylic awards were very elegant with our logo at the top.

WOST PLACE EVER! I had a memorial plaque made here. Confirmed twice that it would be ready on a specific day and time to present it at a golf fundraiser. Went to pick it up and guess what? It wasn't ready! Two weeks later, they have it ready and I pick it up. It is completely crooked! Even the people working there agreed that it was crooked. Then the guy comes out with a ruler to show me that the edges are equal distance from the metal piece with the writing on it. They were not going to fix it. They charged me and I left with a crooked plaque. I ended up returning it later that
