We used Moss to build a 2nd story addition onto our Arlington rambler/ranch. From the start, the Moss team was professional, on time, responsive and great to work with. At no point did we ever feel any pressure to commit to their services or did they push anything on us that we did not ask for. They simply listen to you and design around what you describe. All of the work was done in house, from design, engineering and build. Once the project got started, the communication with their team only increased. I used Moss Building & Design for a complete kitchen and bath (3 total) remodel. Plus, they replaced my builder grade carpet and vinyl with a luxury laminate. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and overall finishes. From the bespoke drop zone and benches to the out of the box flooring and cabinets - the caring attention to my home was obvious throughout the project. We recently finished a 6 month renovation with MOSS where we redid our entire first and second floors of our home. The renovation included a two story foyer conversion, 4 bathrooms, a new kitchen, and a new mud room. We spent 6 months working with our design team to plan the remodel. We are grateful for our designers innovative ideas, their creative and clever use of our existing spaces and their help in making many key design choices. We hired Moss to Design and Build out our 2000+ Sq Ft Basement this past year. The entire team did an AMAZING job. Basement was unfinished prevoiusly so blank slate to work with. Project incuded full design of Theater Room, Bar, Billiards Room, Guest Bedroom and Bathroom, Wine Room and Under-Deck area.
