Zero Stars if possible.
Summer of 2017 one of our HVAC units was freezing over and not functioning. Hanna's Mechanical (then contractor of American Home Shield AHS) ordered a new valve based upon their leak diagnosis.
When the valve came in (a LONG and HOT time later), the repair work was finally completed on November 9th. A new valve was installed and I was told that the system was pressure tested. I was advised, based upon the pressure test, that the system was holding the pressure and that the system could be re-filled with freon (any remaining freon had to be emptied in order to run the test

Hanna's Mechanical Contractors, specifically Mike and Mark, came to our house to inspect a leak we had noticed coming from our water heater, and kindly looked into a couple of other plumbing issues we had. As a courtesy, they tightened the valve leading to an outdoor faucet which had recently been leaking (preventing any further leaking), and they also replaced a washer for a different outdoor faucet which was attached to our watering hose. I was impressed with their knowledge, efficiency, and inclination to help. It is good to know that someone is trying their best to help!

Almost two hours late with no call. Wrong paper work. Little to no english. Won't tell you when he is leaving, so glad my girlfriend was home alone with the door wide open waiting for the tech. Then with out a word the fat tounged darkie left. Real nice, I should go to his house and make him leave the door open all afternoon, so he can hope nothing happens to the filth in this house.

Talk about quick service! My central heat decided not to work on the coldest day of the year. I called Hanna's, Barbra answered and was very helpful. She forwarded me to a tech who then came to my house and solved the problem. Professional young crew who were very respectful. The price wasn't outrageous and they do CLEAN work. Very professional. I recommend this place for anyone or business.

I like family owned businesses especially when they take pride in their work. So I have no shame in saying that I know nothing when it comes to any large appliance in my basement. I guess I was putting off turning on my heat because I was in denial that winter was upon us. Anyway I go to turn it on and it's not working...problem. I call the big name company and tell them they need to come take a look. Their technician told me I had to replace this and that and if I didn't it would be dangerous and so on and oh this will cost 8,000... Wow so I decided to get a second opinion. I heard about

They are nice People, so if you are looking for nice friendly contractors go ahead but if you are looking for a contractor that will stand behind his work then keep looking. I'm having issues with their installation and when I contact them they are friendly and tell me that I will get a call, time passes and they just never call.

Beware! Our A/C has now been broken for over 4 weeks because this company keeps coming back and simply refilling the AC with free-on instead of actually fixing it. The receptionist Barbara is extremely rude and doesn't communicate well over the phone. The repairman is always late (they've been here 4 times already and always show up 2 hours late), he also smells of smoke and drags dirt all over my living room floor. It's extremely frustrating to deal with this company when it's 85 degrees and all I want is for them to fix my AC. They ordered a part supposedly 3 weeks ago

We recently moved into a rented townhome in Franklin Park, NJ and these contractors were given to us through American Home Warranty. We had an emergency repair that needed to be done as a toilet was leaking through the floor from our upstairs into the dining room and we had a sag in the ceiling literally filled with water! They were able to squeeze in my request and had someone over within a few hours. Not only was the person who serviced us, by the name of Carlton, friendly, prompt, and thorough, he also told us what to do with the sag in the ceiling as well as checking out the toilet in the other
