Your business on Mesa Street is a joke i went in and purchased $2000 worth of tires and wheels and six months later I asked the manager of this store if I could get the tire rotation done which is supposed to be lifetime and he told me they couldn't do that because of covid 19 and that it wasn't essential . So I went to another location and they told me that was a crock and they would be happy to help me, so beware of this one store on Mesa

Pretty good service here. They also didn't take long to fix my tire (about 20 minutes). The process was much quicker than I thought! I ran over a nail recently. The orange low air pressure light immediately came on in the car. I was kind of freaked out because I was almost getting on the freeway! I hate getting a flat tire on the freeway. Been there, done that and it's not fun. I'm so glad I caught it in time! My boyfriend would've helped me with this but who wants to inconvenience someone when it's unnecessary? I can change a tire myself. I kind of struggle with the jack

A huge thank you to the staff here. Their hospitality and kindness was greatly appreciated on the early morning of 08/01. I had been hit by debris on the freeway that morning and my front right tire blew. We showed up at this location 10 minutes before they opened. They were very gracious to get us in when they opened and offered coffee and a place to sit. I was very shaken by the events on the freeway and all staff said that as long as I was ok that's what mattered. My family was moving to Texas and this was exactly what we wanted, friendly, welcoming smiling faces. I'll never forget

Don't waste your time at the Montwood shop if you need an alignment, went by at about 1pm, was told they were backed up and scheduled me for a 3pm appointment. Took the wife's SUV at 3pm for the appointment and was told it would be ready at 5pm at closing time. Went back at 5pm still had not even started on my vehicle and offered to align it after hours, I declined and took my vehicle. I waisted my whole Saturday when I could've taken it elsewhere. First off the impression and greeting as I walked in the door was excellent. You garner a sense that they want help you and like where they work.
I listened to see how other customer service reps treated the other customers, they were all treated equally, friendly and knowledgeable about their product.
The front was clean and organized, very welcoming. Not many places are like that.

Excellent, friendly service. Decent prices. My advice, get the warranty with your purchase. They will replace the tire for free (within conditions) and all you owe is the cost of the new warranty. That alone has been worth the cost for both my vehicles. They will check your tire pressure for free and adjust as necessary. Oh, I almost forgot, they do some regular maintenance of vehicles as well. I have never had a bad experience at Martin Tire.
