Horrible management, offered a 10% discount until she saw it was the last one she had, then was going to charge me full price, no wonder people dont come back or want to do business with you. My parents usually want to support the local business but we wont be coming there again. Rogers sports center is great and also went to great falls polaris. Your store could learn alot from these other stores about customer service. Melissa is a horrible representation for polaris.

We’ve had to have our brand new four wheeler in twice for repairs in 6 months and both times they didn’t follow through on what they told us. The second time they Told us it was covered by warranty then repaired it and charged us over 200$. Customer service and the 4 wheeler itself is not good. Won’t go here again.
