I went to Reno Uniforms on December 2, 2021, to get three of my shirts tailored. About a week later, I received a phone call saying I had to come into the shop again because the pinning was done incorrectly. I came into the shop on December 15, 2021, to get repinned. The staff informed me that my shirts would be first in line to get worked on. Since I live 2.5 hours away from the shop, I waited around in Reno all day hoping that I'd receive a call or text from the shop letting me know at least one of my shirts was completed. From the second I walked through the door I felt like family, because that is how I was treated. Haley is amazing, helpful, courteous and has a wicked sense of humor. I purchased a dress uniform shirt for my son and needed to have the patches put on right away. The owner went the extra mile to rush putting the patches on even though their regular person was on vacation. Everyone pitched in to make me feel welcome and ensure I got what I needed. Can't speak highly enough of the staff. Really pleased with this place.

I used to purchase all of my uniform needs through here. I went to nursing school, i've bought my EMT uniforms through them, I've bought my duty belt needs through them - However, I will now no longer be going through this company. I will now be using Amazon or literally anything else. I had a pair of gloves that I bought (StrongSkyn) and their "sizing guide" didn't work for me. I took the gloves back, with the receipt, to do an exchange - It was denied because it didn't have the packaging tags (which were torn off once I put the gloves on my hand). So I had to buy

Took 1 top there 3 weeks ago for simple embroidery. Called after 2 weeks & they said they lost the top. Told me they would look and get back to me, never called. I followed up 2 days later and was told they found the top & it was being worked on next and it would be ready end of day and someone would call. No one called. Gave it another 2 days and followed up again. Was told once more it was being worked on as we were on the phone & someone would call within next few hours. Again, no surprise, no call. Maybe they do a good job for health care workers, but I am not happy with them for law enforcement uniforms. After a couple of mediocre experiences here, I decided to leave a review. The staff is nice enough but not always the most helpful, and the accuracy with getting uniforms done isn't great. They pretty much cater to a couple of agencies and otherwise, you're out of luck. At this point I won't give them a third try, and I will go back to Uniformity.

To quote another review: "Really nice staff, but the customer service was horrendous." I went in over a month ago and needed a specific style item for my work which they did not have in stock. They said they would order it for me and have it in within three days. They took my name and number. I have called back every week for over 6 weeks at this point and have alternatively been hung up on, told that the order wasn't in yet but promised it would be, put on hold then hung up on, and told that they would call me back. This is the only place I can get this item and am very frustrated

Really nice staff, but the customer service was horrendous. They didn't have the size scrubs I needed, so I asked if I could place an order, and they said "absolutely." Over the course of a month, I tried calling 4 times about my order, and each time I was given the response "let me check the computer/system, and we'll call you right back," and they never did. (Which is why I called so many times). I was in need of a new duty belt for work. Several of the people I work with informed to go to Reno Uniforms and bring my credentials to receive a discount. As I enter the stores I was greeted immediately and offered help. Upon looking through their selection I didn't see a belt I wanted and spoke to an employee. He informed me that he could order it or go to try two other stores in town. I personally appreciate his honesty. How many businesses will inform a customer of their competitors? Very knowledgeable staff. Just got a new job in corrections, hadn't even started academy so it was a bit intimidating shopping for the uniform. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful from the second I walked in. The knew what I needed and supplied me different bands to try to find the best fit.
They also embroidered my uniforms and hemmed them, that same day. I explained I live about 1.5 hours away, so the asked if I could hang out in Reno and they'd rush and get them done in 2 hours. They did and the work was great.

I found Reno Uniforms while exploring Midtown Reno on a Saturday afternoon. The building is nicely painted a dark grey with a lime green trim easy to spot. Parking is located in the back of the building, its handicap accessible. The store is very clean & nicely organized with a huge selection of scrubs, uniforms, clothing & tactical gear! If you need any embroidery or alterations done they can take care of that as well! They are literally a one-stop shop.
They have great prices & excellent customer service. I was greeted immediately as I entered the shop & offer assistance

I hate to have to give them this review because they have been great the other two times. But I went in today and ordered new uniforms and spending $300+. I also brought in my ONLY long sleeve shirt for a button because it fell off. I also brought in my ONLY jacket and wanted a badge sewed on. The lady I talked to was super nice and told me they would have the shirt that needed only one button and the jacket done by 230pm and the rest of the uniforms done at the end of the week which is totally fine.
So my girlfriend goes to pick up the shirt and jacket at 530pm and the guy is working says it

Come in for just about any type of uniform! I was mainly looking for scrubs and there was quite a good selection to choose from. The scrubs were $17.99+ but I was told some cheaper ones ($13.99+) would be coming in which would be very nice! Lots of brands to choose from and friendly customer service!

Being in law enforcement it's hard to find a good uniform store that can cater to all your needs. Once I started shopping at Reno uniform I realized very quickly that I had finally found that one uniform place that can truly have everything that I need. They have wonderful customer service and even if they don't have the product you're looking for they will find a way to obtain it. They are even kid friendly! their prices are reasonable and they're tailoring service is amazing. I'm thankful I found them. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for any type

I was very impressed by my experience. They had a very large selection of nice, well-priced scrubs including lots of Barco scrubs. There was a separate rack for petite length pants. If they didn't have the pants I wanted in petite length, they offered to hem it free of charge! I was also very impressed by the service. The owners were very nice and I felt that they were very attentive without being overbearing. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience!

They have all the new styles, brands, colors and prints for scrubs and in EVERY size! I am so glad I found this place, it's clean spacious, hemming done in house for free, and the guy working is helpful and friendly.
This place outdoes all the scrub stores I have been to in the Bay Area and north Bay by far. Found my go to spot for scrubs. Yay!

So happy I found this place!! This is by far the BEST selection of scrubs I have ever seen and at great prices! No scrub store in Reno can compare to this place. Went in there today for the first time and the employees were super helpful and friendly...but seriously?! Can't get over their enormous selection! I will never go anywhere else! Also, when I went to check out, I was given a free Greys Anatomy tote, water bottle, stain remover pen, and button.

This is for all my fellow brothers and sisters working in Susanville at you know where! Tired of getting gouged and ripped off in broad daylight at "You-Know-What"? Just got clued into this place by fellow officer and from now on this will be my go to place for getting work stuff. Don't even bother with the other so called uniform joints in Reno, I've had to try them all and they don't hold a candle to the service and prices to be had here. Don't drive all the way to Sacramento anymore to get uniform stuff, just come here. You might even see some familiar

What an incredible place! From the moment we walked into the store....we were met with coffee, great service, and many selection to choose from for my Chef attire. Reno has NEEDED a Uniform Store option of this caliber for a long time. So nice to FINALLY have a place where customer service and selection are the top priority. And the prices...I left with more than I intended to buy...& and more money left in my pocket at the end. I LOVE THIS PLACE!
