I was born in Hyannis, Massachusetts, but was raised in the Orlando Central Florida area. In 1996, I attended the University of Central Florida where I received a degree in Biology. While choosing to stay in Florida, I attended Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami where I received my doctorate degree in 2000.

Dr. Mackenney and Mrs. Mackenney were wonderful. They took great care of me and answered all of my questions even though I can be a difficult patient. They were professional, yet able to keep the mood light and humorous. That's a big plus for someone like me who dreads the doctors office. They went above and beyond and gave me that small town doctor vibe mixed with big city experience. These are the folks to see. Good 'ol boy approved!

Dr. Mackenney is truly one of a kind. The office which is family run and gives you an immediate feeling of true caring is beautiful, clean, professional and warm. Dr Mackenney quickly identified my problem and provided an immediate solution. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and provided options! Dr. Jack Mackenney and his office were extremely competent and professional with respect to my recent foot surgery. If you need a podiatrist, I highly recommend Dr. Jack MacKenney! He has been our foot doctor since we moved to Melbourne in 2006. He has done many procedures on my wife and I, and has always done a fantastic job. He and his staff are always friendly and professional. I would give him 10 stars if I could!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr MacKenney and his whole staff. The doctor spent a lot of time with me going over the procedures he was going to do and the outcome to expect. The transformation that took place on my foot was miraculous, even now looking at the before and after pictures. I would highly recommend Dr MacKenney for any foot or ankle procedures. He deserves more than 5 stars!

I just had my first appointment with Doctor MacKenney today. I've had foot problems ever since I was diagnosed as a type II diabetic several years ago. I've been to several Podiatrists over the years and have never been totally satisfied until today. I just found my Podiatrist from today forward. If you are in need of a podiatrist, I would strongly recommend this physician. His office staff is courteous, kind, and professional. The doctor is knowledgeable and takes his time with you. You will not feel like he is rushing. They were able to book my appointment the same day I called. Even though I was a new patient. They do not over book and I was seen at my appointment time, no waiting. The doctor has amazing bedside manner. He explained everything he was doing and why. The office was clean and conveniently located off of wickham. Great experience!

First-time visitor to this specialist. I must say that it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very down-home and friendly. Facility was clean and comfortable and lastly, Dr. MacKenney was very knowledgeable and skilled. He answered all of my questions and educated me on several items. Highly recommend!
