We bill Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield and most other major insurance plans. We also accept CASH, and credit and debit cards. I'm from Salem, but live out near DC now. When I got a sleep study done in the DC area, the clinic told me there was a two month wait for BiPAP machines for whatever reason. I looked around online for an alternative source, but couldn't easily tell which websites were legitimate. When I mentioned this to my mom, she recommended I reach out to Tri County.
Charles and the team were extremely helpful and understanding every step of the way. They shipped me a machine starter pack quickly, and I received my sparkling new BiPAP within a few days. Can't recommend them enough!

Amazing service. Always helpful. We had a question and they were going to come out the next day and fix it, and we are in a very remote area. However, we figured it out over the phone. The next day, we called about the bed and they brought out a different mattress the following morning. I used to think all medical equipment suppliers were a necessary evil, but after our experience with Tri-County I have learned it is possible to get great, personal customer service.
