Tom at APV just saved my son's girlfriend a lot of money on parts and labor that Nissan had told her needed to be repaired. Turns out it was just a disconnected part! Worth a second opinion with an honest mechanic! What I liked about Tom was that he took the time to explain to us what was going on with the car and he always sought the simplest and most cost-effective solution.

I was directed to this repair shop by the Uhaul business just down the road. He gladly helped me diagnose and fix my electrical issue. The day time running lights had gone out a few days prior. He found irhe recently installed wiring harness for the trailer I was towing was the culprit and was tripping the fuses.

Tom and John were awesome!! By far the most genuine people I have ever met. I brought my car in really thinking I was gonna have to replace my engine due to water damage. They knew exactly what they were doing and had my car up and running in the same day. Not out to get your money, just honest work. I will definitely be back if I ever have any other issues! Tom’s shop is hands down one of the best; I’ve been coming here for years. I recently had an issue with my truck and I’d anticipated going to Tom, but just wanted to see what my dealership would say. I got a totally different answer from him on what the issue was. I got my truck back and it is 100% fixed.. and the best part is I saved five THOUSAND dollars!! Really put it in perspective to me how honest, fair and hardworking he is. I will always go to Tom’s shop, APV Auto.

Update to reiterate: Absolutely fantastic service. Tom really aims to help you out, no matter what. He charges less and is quicker than pretty much any other mechanic I have ever dealt with. I trust him, and I will take my car there anytime it needs more than an oil change or tire service.
