My son was incarcerated in Jefferson County Jail for crimes he did not commit. I live in Maryland and was trying to find a Bail Bondsman to bail my son out of jail. Needless to say I was very unsuccessful until I was referred to Randy Riggins!! Randy was my saving grace, easy to contact, very responsive and was a man of his word. I pray I will never experience anything such as this again; if I an unfortunate event such as this happens again, Randy Riggins would be my only call. Very unprofessional. I was informed I was going to receive assistance with getting my sister with chronic health issues out of jail and didn't receive it. Randy told me to keep calling back every two hours which I did then he would say I need to call back another two hours and again. By this time it was 9pm then he stopped answering my phone calls. I tried to call the following morning and no answer. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend him.
