Currently renting from SBG and they have been nothing but wonderful this whole time! They respond quickly to all calls and emails as well as maintenance requests. The staff is so friendly and helpful even with everything going right now. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful staff, very caring, and took the time to get to know us! Quick response times to our requests and answered any questions we had. Our apartment was in a great quiet neighborhood! We’ll miss it while in a bigger city.

We have just recently moved into our apartment and I want to express our gratitude to the office staff for their kindness and patience for my million questions. After we turned our move in paper of items needing attention Troy was here that day fixing what he could. Our dishwasher was not able to be fixed so he ordered a new one and it was installed today. We can not thank SBG more for their quick response to items of importance. We could not be happier to be in a wonderful apartment with a management team who goes above and beyond to take care of their tenants.

My fiancé and I moved into an apt in December 2016. A couple months later SBG took over our lease. We never switched over to their lease, nor received any word that their lease would be different. We stayed the full year of 2017 and in December of that year it was time to sign a new lease. My fiancé and I talked and we wanted to start looking for a house together. SBG has sent me an email saying if the lease wasn’t turned in by a current date, it would renew any way. We told them we would sign it since we felt pressured to, as we continued to receive phone calls and emails daily. In January

Everything went well while living there, and would recommend except upon move out they nickeled and dimed us to death charging us for damages that were noted as pre existing on our move in checklist as well as bogus damages like $80 worth or light bulbs when all of the bulbs were left there, intact, except for maybe a couple of blown bulbs. They claimed water damage around the tub, but the window is painted shut and there’s no ventilation system. They charged me $80 plus labor for 2 broken blinds that I noted as broken on the move in checklist. They charged me to fix two gates that were noted

My renting experience with this company was horrible. I didn’t have hot water in the kitchen to do dishes the entire 11 months I rented there. There was a water leak from day 1 that took Ryan Stanger 6 months to finally have fixed which meant I paid over $1,000 out of pocket up front for water alone. I also had to pay to have all of that water heated. When I moved out I left the place better than I found it but Mr. Stanger refused to pay be back all of my deposit. He charged me to fix a crack in a bathroom sink that was listed on the move in check list as being present before I moved in. There
