We've been utilizing Cross now, for going on 15 years with Great success. Thankfully, they service the greater Lakeland area as we were getting a little more than concerned as to exactly what service we would be using, when we moved a couple of years ago to South Lakeland. Alan has MOL been our Service Tech throughout that period and we are more than pleased with not only his demeanor, but thoroughly servicing our home. You won't go wrong using them in your home or business.

We have been using Cross Pest Control for over 32 years. Never have had a complaint. Only had two service men during that time. We just lost our second man and are heartbroken. Both men became like our family! We've never have a bug problem with them and though we will be meeting our new guy next week we know we will be pleased as Cross not only treats us well but obviously treats their employees well! Long employment shows that!
We have many pets and they are not adversely effected by the treatments. Because of my allergies I'm relieved there is no odor. And once every six months is awesome!
