We believe that purpose-driven people and organizations have greater impact and the power to transform. There is a growing need for companies to align around a deeper and richer purpose than mere profit generation. Transitioning from an ROI orientation to being truly purpose-driven is not an easy path.
I'm a thinker and a dreamer. And for as long as I can remember I've contemplated the way things work. Not mechanical things so much, but rather the human equation-why do we do what we do, and why do we do things the way we do? This orientation has led me to a life of personal development and inward exploration, which is also why I enjoy and excel at brand strategy, given the inward exploration of a vision, a company, and a way of leading.
I have been on a life-long journey of returning to my true Self. Many challenges, opportunities, and gifts have presented themselves to assist me along the way. I believe that the experience of raising three children and my sweet union with Glenn are some of my greatest gifts. And yet the greatest gift of all is remembering who I truly am and living life from that magical place.
We chose the name 4 Directions Branding both because of our heritage and affinity for Indigenous culture and traditions, and also because of our approach to branding, as we see a brand as a system. So, while we may differentiate a visual image from a personality of a company, or a product positioning from product design, or a team from a company, we see them as all inherently interconnected and interdependent.
