I brought my scooter in for repair two weeks ago and I would stay away from this business. I asked for an estimate and the man said it would be between $200 - $300. We agreed he would call to give me the actual price, before doing the work, that never happened. The key for the scooter was missing and I told him I didn't have it and that it may be in the storage compartment of the scooter. The next call I received was to tell me it was ready! That would assume he found the key, as I never got another call saying he didn't. He now told me the price would be $460, which was significantly more than

May 28, 2021 - UPDATE! Just have to edit this review again to reiterate how awesome Avantis and Jeremy are. My scooter needed a little tuning and he was able to complte the work done way sooner than I expected. The shop is clean, the staff is caring and through, and while it sounds cliche, I often times feel a bit taken advantage of as a woman when it comes to automotive stuff

I had such a great experience with Avantis! I was able to work everything out with their team remotely as I’m not local to the area. He answered all my questions, was response over the phone and email, and incredible nice. When I got to Fort Collins to pick up my scooter he gave me an in depth rundown as to how the scooter works (I’m a first time owner, so this was great!). I left feeling super confident and pleased. Jeremy was extremely helpful in helping us pick one out for the wife, he was patient while she picked the color of her scooter and answered all my questions about the scooter and Colorado laws. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place. The prices are extremely reasonable but the guys that work there were the BEST!! They answered all of our questions and were very honest and patient. We got an amazing deal and they were great to my mother. I wish I could create 100 google accounts to leave 100 5 star reviews to cancel out the one bad one they suffered because they are truly that amazing!!
