This store has excellent customer service. I bought blinds from them years ago, when we moved into our house. They still look great! Recently a small plastic clip broke, causing the valence to fall. I called about getting it replaced, and they offered to mail me several clips at no charge. Now my blinds are fixed, at no cost to me, and without having to leave my house! Thank you so much!
