I like the therapist I have, but I don’t like this business. They don’t answer the phone EVER. I received way too many random appointments I didn’t schedule or confirm. When I call to reschedule or cancel the random appointments, again no one answers. It’s like they literally let it ring or it goes to voicemail quicker than it did the first time.

Please seek elsewhere for such essential care. The front desk staff never returns calls as others have attested to. It took weeks for me to get a phone call for an appointment as an already established client. I was wrongfully billed several times then was only met with repeated disrespect from staff. With such important care you would hope an office would uphold a high level of ethics but this doesn’t come close. I sincerely hope the staff receive vigorous training or are replaced to prevent these issues from continuing. As for now, you are in control of your care. Never settle for disrespect

Great staff. Very high volume of patients, so yes, I’ve had to call two or three times to get someone to answer before but the phone rings nonstop while waiting for my appointment, so it is understandable.
We’ve always been seen for medication management and counseling in a reasonable amount of time and always feel all concerns are appropriately addressed. Would recommend.

I’ve been a patient here for about a year. i only got to see the main psychiatrist Dr. Tatini once and she seemed nice. I’ve been with Dr. Blocker since then and while she’s nice; the appointments are 5 min long and all they ask is if you’re good and if you need a refill on medications. i’m fairly stable so that’s fine but it won’t be for everyone. The last few weeks i’ve been trying to call about rescheduling an appointment and no one ever answers the phone so that’s very frustrating.

I have had the same bad experience with the practice described in prior reviews. Don't return calls. Front desk is disrespectful. Billing is incorrect. Office manager won't return phone calls. Have you take a test that is not used and not covered by insurance. Therapists only spend a few minutes with you. Very disappointing. Wish I read prior reviews before going.

They are Impossible to reach! I've been trying to message and get help through the patient portal for the past couple of days. Calling them is also difficult(next to Impossible). I've had situations of late refills and appointments.
My depression is not doing well and I was told that there are no other alternative medications to a medication that works well with what I'm currently on. however, I cannot afford it. My physician and counselor informed me that isn't correct. I've asked about other options and was told to try "this". "This" is a medication I have been on for over

This office is WONDERFUL!! I was having a really hard time getting through tough situations but both Dr. Blocker and Sha'Tarra were such a big help. The administrative staff also helped me several times with my medication refills, and FMLA paperwork. All in all, the facility is great and I would highly recommend this office.
