Our down spout drained onto our sidewalk and the sidewalk was breaking apart and in pretty bad shape. CN Property Maintenance came and fixed it right and the water drains below the concrete now. Its great and no more ice build up. I was extremely impressed with how quickly he came in and got the job done. Done in one day. They even trimmed up some bushes while he was waiting for the concrete to set

CN Property gave accurate estimates, advice, timely completion and excellent quality of all our concrete work. They completed an extension onto our driveway, walkway to our backyard, pad under our shed, patio with planter sites for drip lines, stairs to sliding back door and a 3 foot retaining wall. Adherence to all city rules and proper water drainage was done. We can’t say enough good about CN property. They are friendly professional and timely. Excellent choice for any concrete project!!!
