Service tech came out and said we needed a new sensor unit for our fireplace. Said they no longer carried that brand, but actually showed us the one he could replace it with. It looked EXACTLY like the one in our unit. Got a call the next day from sales dept. saying they would not put one of those in the unit, and we needed to purchase a new unit.
We have purchased 3 units from them in the past. Their field service people are great, the rest of the people are terrible and act totally uninterested in assisting you unless you are willing to purchase a unit that is way overpriced.
