The general agreement of travel insurance contains various clauses. These however can be distributed in 5 main categories which serve as the basis for the insurance menu of the travel. Trip cancellation and interruption, medical, evacuation, baggage, and flight insurance. The insurance agreement is not limited to these specific terms and a number of other terms can also be added to the insurance agreement.

Our trip with the Encounter Tours travel Agency for 10 people to Cappadocia, Konya, Pamukale and Kas - very professionally prepared according to our guidelines. Very good standard of transport, always on time and clean, great driver. Hotels proposed by the Agency ideally suited to our needs Our Sedat guide - very nice, helpful, with extensive knowledge, told an interesting story. I recommend the Encounter Tours Travel Agency

I needed help with a complex trip that required different flights and airlines, some tours, some 'on our own time', a local driver - you name it (locations were in Singapore and India). Encounter Tours was super helpful and accommodating. They worked within the parameters that I was looking for and helped where I needed help. I would highly recommend Encounter Tours for any travel needs, you are in good hands with Chevy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Encounter Tours again.

Chevy planned a 19 day trip for us that included the mainland of
Greece plus 4 islands. We had 9 hotels, 2 round trip plane rides, 3 one way Ferries, 1, 4 day tour with guide, 2 more private tours with guides and
12 prearranged transfers. All of this went very smoothly and have Chevy
to thank for our memorable trip to Greece. We would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.

Chevy did a great job lining up a 3 day tour of Cappedocia. The family owned hotel he booked us into for the first night was fine except that was right next to some sort of Ramadan related venue that was quite noisy. My companion and I had a 3:45 am pick up time for the balloon ride, so we got about 3 hours of sleep.
When we found out the venue was going to continue the second day, I texted Chevy at 7:30 am that we needed to make arrangements to change hotels.

We just returned from our Oct 6 - Oct 20 Encounter Tours Best of Italy and Greece. What a FANTASTIC experience! Every aspect of the trip was exceptional. The hotels were all as advertised, 4 Star and centrally located. The transportation was always on time, in a nice vehicle and with a pleasant driver. The food at each breakfast was plentiful, full of choices and very tasty. All tours were “Skip the Line” so we never had to wait. The groups were very small and the tour guides were very polite, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English (our language). We were allowed to make trip modifications

Booked the 10 day best of Greece and Italy tour, Great selection of either unique or centrally located hotels. Trip itinerary designed to maximize our time at each location. Personally greeted at each location by an English speaking guide. Was provided with local emergency points of contact at each location if a problem would arise (very reassuring). Overall well thought out itinerary and very well planned.
