Colette is a United States Air Force Veteran who pursued her nursing degree once separated from the military. With 12 years experience as a critical care nurse and 3 years running a non-profit organization for the cancer community, Colette's passion is bringing "the happy" to our patients and community!
Welcome and thank you for taking the time to get to know a little more about my training and background. Having grown up in Kansas, the majority of my training prior to Plastic Surgery was done in Kansas. I attended Kansas State University for my undergraduate training with a major in Life Sciences and minors in Business and Spanish.
Irina Dariychuk is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. Irina has over 9 years of experience working in aesthetics. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2010, from Sacramento State University, and graduated with a Master's of Science, FNP, from Sonoma State University in 2017. With over nine years of nursing experience, Irina's passion is working in the field of aesthetics and plastic surgery.
Emily is a board-certified registered nurse anesthetist and member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Emily graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science of Nursing degree and worked as a PICU RN at primary children's medical center before attending anesthesia school.

I am beyond pleased with the results of my Body Lift. I didn't show Dr. Sweat pictures of what I wanted to look like, but got what I had envisioned and more. I love my waist line, back, butt and stomach. The incision was so clean the scaring is minimal. The staff are professional, caring and sympathetic. I'm so glad I went with a local office as I have either been in for a visit or calling to ask questions every week. My 6 week results are amazing. I also tried Biote with pellet injections. I feel great! I'm now a VIP member and plan to try other services.

I started my journey back in July 2020, not sure of what direction I wanted to go. Teffeney was so helpful and really listened to my goals and concerns. I can’t say enough about how awesome this place is, first off the office is beautiful! The staff is incredible, kind and informative. Dr. Sweat is such a talented surgeon, I knew from all the great before and after photos this was the place for me! I am so happy with my result of my breast augmentation, it has been truly life changing and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to make a change to better themselves!

After many years of THINKING about getting a breast augmentation, last October (2020) I finally went in for a consult. This was after a whole year of following Dr. Sweat and his social media, asking some of his prior patients and over reading about all the things. When I went in to see him, his entire team was and has been a dream to work with. The first appointment isn’t with him (so please be aware), but when I finally set a date for my surgery I did get a one on one with him and he was very patient with me and helped me to understand what exactly a “Mommy makeover” entailed. Irina has been doing my lips for years now and I absolutely refuse to go else where. All of the staff is amazing and so personal in the sense they remember your name and treat you like a person not a number. The new office is gorgeous and both offices have always been so clean and well decorated. Just great people and great energy when trusting someone with a body modification it’s so important to have someone knowledgeable and friendly and you find that here at J. Sweats.

Maggie (front desk) is THE REASON I decided to come here. She was very kind and understanding and extremely knowledgeable. She put me at ease and helped me feel comfortable and like she only had my best interest in mind the whole time. I called to get a supplement refill as they were listed online as being a supplier. I live in New York City and was on google for a few months looking for the best surgeon in Sacramento area. Ran into Dr. Jeffrey Sweats information and saw that he had good ratings. I made an appointment online and the service that way was already impressive. Got on a Zoom call with Teffeney and I took pictures. Being from NYC and always in Sacramento, they invited me to come in. I came in and I was double impressed. Flew in and I got to say my experience was AMAZING. Dr. Sweat is an amazing physician!!! COME HERE!!. His staff is AMAZING ALL OF THEM. He's the best! I would never go to anyone else

From start to finish my experience with them was remarkable (I still use their spa services).
I felt welcomed and so comfortable. I always felt safe and in good hands.
I am now post-op one year for my tummy tuck and Liposuction. My results have been unbelievable and are only getting better. Dr. Sweat and his team go above and beyond to make sure you’re getting exactly what you were looking for.
My biggest apprehension was not loving the outcome and wanting to reverse it or redo it but Dr. Sweat and his team spent a lot of time explaining the procedures
