Florida T-Shirts is Ft. Lauderdale's premier provider of custom t-shirt screen printing and custom embroidery. We've been offering South Florida our wide variety of custom t-shirts and embroidery services for over 10 years now. We pride ourselves on providing only the highest quality silk screen custom t-shirts and embroidery, whether you need regular t-shirts, heavy duty t-shirts, dry-fit, polos or a sports jersey.
Screen printing involves creating a stencil (printers call this a "screen"), and then using that stencil to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. Each color is applied using a different stencil, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. Although our minimum order for Screen Printing is 24 pcs, we do offer other options such a Direct-To-Garment printing and Dye Sublimation for less than the minimum amount of shirts.
Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn.

With DTG printing, a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It's sort of like printing on paper, except on a t-shirt. A special printer prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty water-based inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.
Dye-sublimation printing is a digital printing technology using full color artwork that works with polyester materials. The process uses the science of sublimation, in which heat and pressure are applied to a solid, turning it into a gas, which adheres to the material. Why use Dye Sublimation?
Much like Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, Dye Sublimation offers an alternate process to screen printing, which requires minimums and setups fees per ink color.In contrast, Dye Sublimation has no minimum quantity and no maximum number of colors. It does, however, require 100% WHITE polyester material to work.

This experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I spent over $1k on an order. I was called and asked to drive 45 minutes to verify I'm okay with the quality before they begin production instead of them sending me a sample. I made the drive and was told that if I waited 30 minutes, they can have the full order even though I had no problem waiting to receive the quality that I was paying for. I received a package with damaged items, shirts with stains, off centered print, variations in colors, peeling, and missing items. I contacted the company and they admitted fault. Someone

Amazing Place with Amazing Customer Service. I was referred by a friend about Florida T-Shirts and their great. Ronnie Palacio was the sales rep that helped me with first order. He is very professional and makes great recommendations on styles, colors, etc. He is very patient with all my questions and always follows up so I know exactly how my first order is coming along. This Shop is the Real deal! I had a bad experience with a local shop, so I turned to Google to locate a reputable company! I called and David Answered. I told him what I needed, and to see he took care of me is an understatement! He invited me to the showroom to see and feel the quality for myself, as I was used to Vinyl And Not Screen printing! My regular (former) shirt company said that my design was impossible to do. On a whim I tried Florida T-Shirts and they made it happen. Ordered some shirts and they came out beautifully and with very professional quality screen printing. There are several tshirt styles, colors and fabrics to choose from. I was shopping around for options and actually found them here on yelp. I called for a quote and was kindly asked by the friendly gentleman to email my a description of my design for a call back with a quote same day. I contacted company on Tuesday 4/21/2015 in regards to making a t shirt for my daughters first birthday Sat 4/25/15 spoke with a gentleman named Chris and he told me he would be able to make it with the embroidery.
