We will redesign your home to emphasize the positives and minimize less marketable features. We can just make recommendations, or take the stress out of it by doing some or all of it within your budget and timeline.

Services
During a scheduled appointment we will visit the home and recommend changes that will prepare your home so it is ready to sell. We will view the entire property and discuss condition, color choices, traffic flow, furniture placement and the presence of clutter. This is a verbal consultation that makes it possible for you to begin staging immediately.
We have been so impressed with Kathleen's staging work, that we require, as part of our real estate listing program, that our clients consult with Kathleen before their houses are listed for sale. Those clients who take her advice see immediate results and their houses always sell fast and without a price reduction.

Kathleen took charge and responsibility of our floor to ceiling beach townhouse renovation. She was onsite and hands on throughout the entire project. From generating ideas to choosing vendors to ensuring the work was done in a timely and competent manner, she is the complete package. I cannot believe how Kathleen was able to change our 40-year old town-house into what it is today. Last summer, we bought a fixer-upper, and I mean *fixer-upper* and we never imagined that it could be a modern, beach oasis. Kathleen had amazing style and had such amazing ideas for how to update and open up the space. She is an expert at design and spacing and also knew all of the resources for contractors, etc. She was very patient with me when I kept changing my mind and responsive to my many, many questions. I could not have renovated this beach house without her and I highly recommend her expertise
