Spray Foam insulation is created by applying liquid foam that expands to fill the cavities in a house or building. Spray Foam insulation has a much higher R-value (R7 per inch of foam thickness) than traditional fiberglass insulation. Properly installed, spray foam insulation has twice the insulating properties of fiberglass.
What is the R-value (insulation value) of M & M's product? Our closed-cell foam product has an effective R-Value of 7.0 per inch.
