One of the worst. Not sure if she was a nurse or not but she came out 72 hours after we were home. They're supposed to come 24 to 48 hours. She never even looked at the incision site. They were supposed to be out two days later didn't come then they said they'd be there Tuesday they were no show. Left this hanging beware

Very disappointed with physical therapist she calls out every week. Seems that since her patient is 92 years old she doesn't care about her. Called the office to speak with manager and of course she had just left the office. obviously that is why the employees call out all the time and don't care. Would not recommend this company at all.

Horrible service, the therapist come and go in ten minutes for four seasons and probably collect for an hour per visit from the insurance company since he was delibrately hiding the time slot, just wanted me to sign for the day and run.

I was referred to this company prior to leaving the hospital and was told that someone from Modern was going to call and schedule an upfront health exam. I finally was able to get ahold of someone on Saturday late afternoon. They admitted to getting my referral on Thursday but didn't bother to contact me. All this company wanted to discuss is money and upfront deductibles instead of providing care. They knew that I was fully insured and my health insurance is contracted with them. I'm leaving 1 star just so I can post a review. This Home Health Care company is just terrible. Please be warned if a PT or OT have been ordered by your Dr. there might be issues. They are very busy and do not return phone calls. I was ordered PT and OT the day after I returned home from the hospital. Took them 2 days to finally call me just to set up an appointment for the PT. Two more days go by and finally the OT calls me and I was in the shower. I returned her call 15 minutes later and I had to leave a message. I never received a call back. I called her 2 more times and left messages
