Don't order from here. They are disorganized and delivery is very late. Took them 3 weeks to install dishwasher which sat in the middle of my kitchen floor all that time. The 1st dishwaher they delivered wasn't the one I ordered and they tried to convince me to take it. Kept calling them and they did not return my call for days. Will go elsewhere for other appliances. This place is not good to do business with.

Not a fan of leaving negative reviews but Moran's failed. My 88 year old mother bought a tv plus installation in the spring. Wanted to buy local. Paid in full. Delivery and installation was done. Horrible! I had installed the old tv five years ago in a cabinet with a wall bracket. Morans installed the new larger tv on the same bracket. Because it was larger, it extended lower than the old tv, blocking two drawers below. My mother called numerous times and was paid lip service. It took me 30 minutes to drill two new holes so the wall bracket could be raised 4.5 inches. Happy mother. Morans - if

I really wanted to give them my business. During covid, it is important to give business to local small businesses. I needed a part repaired on my washer, and called them. Due to local storms they weren't able to come earliest at least 5 days later. Told them no huge deal since I could still use the washer. The 2 men finally showed after I called numerous times every day to see when they would come.

DO NOT bring your TV here for repair. I was told the TV would be ready 2 weeks after I dropped it off. I followed up after a couple of weeks and was told he was waiting for a part to come in and it may take weeks or even months. Now keep in mind, before I brought the TV in for repair, he knew what part was needed and said he is able to get the part. There was no mention that it could take several months to get the part until AFTER I paid the deposit and waited a couple of weeks. As time went on, the excuses kept changing. We are currently replacing our 20+ year old appliances. I would not think of going any where else. A family member buys all their appliances there and speaks highly of Jim and his service. Jim will only sell American build products. We met with Jim and he reviewed with us every appliance he recommended based on our needs and usage. You would not get this kind of service from the Big Box stores

After many long years of dealing with substandard appliances from Lowe’s and Home Depot I went to Moran’s. Jim knew what I was talking about and helped me pick out precisely what I wanted and needed. I now have an oven that delivers consistently accurate temperatures and a rangetop that is brightly illuminated, a refrigerator that has a freezer drawer on the bottom (which saves my back and makes it easier to find things) and dishwasher that doesn’t leak! Best of all is my Speed Queen Washer (which you can’t get it those department stores) that actually gets the clothes Clean in about half

We wanted to give a ZERO, but it was not an option. After being loyal customers of Morans for nearly 2 decades we called for service of our 5 year old washer. The service guy came and took parts and never returned. We called and left messages for a few days and finally we spoke with Jimmy. He would not give any information and kept saying to ask the service guy. The owner, Jimmy, did not any have knowledge of the products that he sold nor would he answer any questions about the parts, warranties or services. They took the pump and motor. Their service fees were conflicting, as were what was wrong

This is the second time I've purchased appliances from Morans. I just purchased a Frigidaire range. When you buy from Morans you can be sure that you are getting the best price (cheaper than Lowes and way more knowledgeable) and the guys who do the install are the best; friendly and very careful. They even go beyond what's expected. There was evidence of mice behind the old range. They taped over the hole with metal tape to keep the mice out. Moran's repaired my range hood that was damaged by a power surge. I wasn't able to find anyone to fix it. They removed it, repaired it and reinstalled. Jim
