I called TWO days in advance to get flowers delivered for Valentines day to my girlfriend who works down the street. When I didn't hear from her on the day of I called them to confirm they had received my order and were going to deliver. The women who answered was scrambling to find my paperwork and once she finally found it said "yes we got it and its going to be delivered" they NEVER delivered. This place is a joke. I never write reviews. EVER, but I felt compelled to write one because if you plan to give flowers to someone on a special day please to not order from this shop!!!

Initial delivery was late, but Flower Studio worked with me to resolve the issue. Very professional.
I did not have a good experience with this flower shop. They were supposed to deliver a flower arrangement to my girlfriend the day before valentines day this year. I put my order in 2 weeks in advance, and my girlfriend's office is across the street from the storefront. They did not deliver her flowers until after 6:15pm, and it wasn't even the right arrangement. (It should be noted that the final arrangement did look nice and it was of very high quality.)

Promised it would be done by a certain day and time. The shop operators don't know how the flowers are priced and must wait for the worker who buys the flowers to "come back." He never came back and they never followed up with me. Had to cancel because I needed the flowers the next day. They don't know when they will be open next (each phone operator says something different). One operator said my order would be priced $15. I called back the next day and they said it was $45. No communication. The flowers are nice, though.

I have known Sam for 3 years now and really trusted him to do the flowers for my wedding, he kept promising me all my requests except never came through, trailed me along for 10 months and 2 days before the wedding i had to find someone else to do the job. He never gave me an invoice i requested months ago. Never follows up on time. Excuses were “i was so tird, i fell asleep”, “my phone wasnt working”, “its not my fault, i dont have enough employees”.
