If a more aggressive approach is needed, Dr. Parker has well-established relationships with world-class surgeons to whom he can make referrals. Often times patients come to our office having been told surgery is the only option to lessen their pain. Dr. Parker will take time to carefully explain ALL of your options.
Our philosophy at Parker Pain & Spine is to provide exceptional treatment of acute and chronic pain in a comfortable office setting that will put you at ease. We provide high-quality pain management treatments utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and the latest techniques available. Our office staff is available to assist you Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, and Friday 8:30 AM - Noon.

Dr. Marcus K. Parker is an interventional spine and pain medicine specialist located in Fulshear & Columbus, Texas who offers expert pain and spine care. Double Board certified in Pain Management and Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Fellowship in Pain Management: The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
COLUMBUS CLINIC: We are in the General Surgery of Texas building, which is north of the Columbus Community Hospital along Business HWY 71.
