I am a firm believer in 'nothing is coincidental'. The crossing of paths and the people you meet, right down to the things that happen around you, are part of the grand plan. I have been interested in and have studied alternative forms of healing since I was 18, including homeopathy, herbal remedies, and naturopathic medicine.
Throughout the years, I have incorporated these forms of healing with my own family, and have more recently begun to share my knowledge with others. I never thought much of being a "healer", as I have been working with children for the last 25 years, and always put it down to that. I now know different.

Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that a person's "ki" or energy should be strong and free flowing.
2 - Pendulum Chakra Clearing and Balancing - Utilizing an energized pendulum, I will go through the entire body, clearing each chakra. Once chakras are clear, an intention of healing goals will be set using energized stones and crystals, and they will be utilized in balancing the chakras. 1 hour. 3 - Body Scanning - Starting at the Crown Chakra, to open up the energy channel.
Had my very first Reiki session ever with Rita and I was astounded by the actual energy I felt flowing through me. I notoriously have a difficult time relaxing, but Rita's gentle touch allowing me to drift and open myself to the possibilities. I will return! Rita is amazing! I had my first time session with her and felt like I was laying on a cloud while feeling a powerful energy flowing through my body!
