Silverio Mechanical is unreliable. Despite multiple daily calls to the company's office from April 14 - 21 and leaving a message on the emergency line, we received no return call for over a week when our heating system failed. (We had a 14-year relationship with Silverio Mechanical, which included installation of a geothermal heating system, two hot water heaters, various propane lines and re-plumbing multiple baths and a kitchen.) After enlisting help from our general contractor (with whom we had no ongoing relationship) on April 18 and 19, a call was finally returned on April 21 at 2 PM
