Been trying to book a spot online for a while now. They don't have any available dates ever.

A piece of heaven was destroyed by lies. The beauty of the property has been soiled by new owners. Don’t California my Texas!!!!

Lisa and Fidel awesome people. Lisa explained everything and was accessible when we had issues. Other then no water on in a.m not there fault someone broke the water line. Got fixed promptly. The place beautiful and didn't get through the whole park but sounded awesome. Loved it. Washing and showers facilities on premises. Great place!

A gem! Tent sites are on the river away from the RV park and accessible with any type of vehicle. We went during the week when no one else was camping and it was perfect. We will be back!

We just bought a new camper and decided to give this place a try because it is close to home. The staff from the reservation process all the way to check out was amazing! Super friendly, and extremely helpful! The site is pull through and level. Our stay was extremely peaceful. We even had our adult children come for a barbecue for Memorial Day and they were MORE than accommodating. I highly recommend this place, and I believe I am going to book it next weekend as well!

It's sad because the staff is really nice, but I won't stay here again. We tent camped. The second night we stayed, people at the next site (several yards away) blasted music so loud the ground was thumping until after 11:30pm. There was no way to enjoy nature. The nearest bathroom is a 5 minute drive, unless you want to use a portable toilet a few sites down. Pluses: the cows and the showers have good water pressure.

My family loves this place. We enjoy to camp here, they offer military discount, the ladies at the front desk are awesome. The whole camping ground is very quiet during day and night. There is lots of birds and deers, which makes our stay very pleasant that’s a bonus to makes us feels a relaxing nature feeling. Our kids love fishing at the river and taking walks through the trails and picking up wood for our fire. Thank you Alamo River family to make a fellow military family feel welcome. Y’all are awesome!!! This is our favorite camping place in the San Antonio surroundings. We highly recommend

Stayed at a tent site for one night after backcountry camping for a week, it was everything we needed and more. Shower/laundry facilities were extremely clean, and staff was friendly & super helpful, especially the camp manager. I locked my keys in the car and she saw us struggling and helped us retrieve them, saving us from a long wait for AAA. Great vibes here. Thank you!!

Tent camped at The Point during the Thanksgiving holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was our first time here and we will definitely be back! No electricity but we really didn’t need it. Site does have water and a fire ring! (We love campfires and cooking over the fire.) Except for the railroad noise, which we were able to tune out, this was paradise! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were invited to the annual Thanksgiving potluck and felt very welcome! The food was really good and it was especially nice to have a Thanksgiving meal although we were away from home staying in a tent! Fished

Just stayed 2 nights and the experience was amazing. Beautiful place and the camping grounds were great. No electricity but we did have water and portable potties that were pleasantly clean. The river was a few steps away from us. The place was nice and clean at all times. The best part for me was that they provided us with a map of the place and also near by stores with address and directions on how to get to them. Not many places do that. My dog had enough room to move around on our designated camp area. Will definitely be back to this place.
