REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
On March 1, 2019, I contacted Charles Pierce of Premier Limousines (PLTLIMOUSINES.com) to rent a party bus for my son's Senior Prom. We needed a vehicle that could hold up to 24 teens. We payed $1,065 plus a $200 tip for a 7 hour rental. I requested a picture of the bus that
we would be receiving. I was sent a picture of a very modern, white, clean bus with fun lights and plenty of room. What showed up at my house was a dilapidated, purple, filthy bus with no air conditioning, ripped apart seating, busted out windows, tires with barely enough air pressure
