We had home insurance from Southern Fidelity who were taken over by Capital Preferred. We had a claim due to water damage from our hot water heater in April 2019...it had not been settled when Capital dropped our insurance just prior to Hurricane season! No insurance company would help us as we had an open claim! We were very stressed as our insurance coverage would have lapsed by the end of June 2020! ACCESSPOINT came to our rescue and worked diligently to make sure we got home insurance ! Thank you to Kevin Johnson and his whole team! Highly recommend this insurance agency and we will use them
