Dr.Patel is great, but the new receptionists are horrible! They're very rude and make you feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable which is not a good thing for a mental health clinic. The lady that is usually there is perfect for that environment. She always make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I don't know why she's not there but I can guarantee there will be some loss of clientele because she isn't there. I believe her name is Tammy. She should definitely retrain those other receptionists!!!!

Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Patricia Garcia one of the practitioners here is easily one of the worst medical practitioners I have ever encountered. She was considerably late to our first appointment, has extremely poor listening skills (not something you want in a doctor), is judgmental and makes awful personal assumptions. I had a past suicide attempt, and her first question was- "was it your left wrist or your right?" She assumed I had tried to slit my wrists! Which I had not, and frankly the manner in which I had attempted was not the reason for my visit. Before visiting you have to

I went to my first appointment last week, making an appointment was easy and I got in the next day. Tammi the receptionist is great! She made sure to call me before hand and explain the whole process to me and help me with online paper work. She alone made me feel so welcomed and comfortable from the phone call to meeting her. The office is very clean. My doctor Luann listened to me and makes me feel comfortable and relieved...I have hope that I will be okay and start to feel better very soon with a very caring and supportive staff they have! As soon as you walk in the practice, there's such a great feel of welcome by not only the nice decor but the receptionist Tammy, what a doll! Very clean, still practicing COVID guidelines and my ARNP was phenomenal! She made me feel at great ease and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. I was able to get an appointment fairly quick as most practices are seeing patients at least 3 months out.. Highly recommend this practice to those who need compassionate care without the feeling of being just another number in the system. Keep up the great work Instic Health!

Amazing people and place, please do yourself a favor and go here. The doctor actually listens and is so kind, she changed my life. I had no idea I was bipolar and I actually don't tear up my nails anymore with anxiety. Scheduling is so easy. I've been searching for a great psychiatrist and I'm hooked for life!

I am so happy I found this office locally in Plant City! Dr. Patel is fantastic he really takes the time to listen and address my needs accordingly. He is so pleasant to speak with. Tammy at the front office is the absolute best! It’s rare to find a smiling face and lovely personality at a doctors office and Tammy definitely does that job with 110% effort. I am so grateful to have found them and will be a client forever as I now need nowhere else to go! They make me feel so comfortable and welcomed every time I visit. Thank you for being so wonderful.

Tammy is extremely helpful, kind and simply a delightful person. She gives a great first impression of the office and physicians. Patricia is very attentive and makes eye contact. Your receptionist (Tammi) was so helpful and encouraging to us. We're not technologically skilled at filling out forms online. She was available when we called for help and told us not to worry. She offered an appointment right away, which was amazing. She gave us directions to the clinic we could understand and was at the door when we arrived to guide us into the correct entrance.
We saw the RN Practitioner, (Ms. Garcia) on the TV screen, which was a first for us. She was caring & very helpful. She understood exactly why we were there, offered us a treatment plan and offered a follow
