Every Tuesday from 6-6:30pm, our Doctors present Health Talks to our patients and the community! I can't say enough good things about this practice. I am new to chiropractic, but I am sure glad I found out about it. Not only do I feel better holistically, but specific areas are noticeably better. For instance, who knew that chiropractic could make your sinuses better (mine are!)?
And what a team the Cains have assembled. Both Dr. Matt and Dr. Sarah Cain are phenomenal. They are educators above all else. I appreciate that being a teacher. I not only feel better, but I understand why I feel better. And let's not leave out Lori, the office manager. Pleasant and efficient for sure, but truly a genuinely nice person to deal with on the business side of things.

We want to do everything we can to eliminate any unnecessary stressors, which is why we include the option of printing and completing your forms at home. There are a few things to know about your first visit before you walk through the doors. We're unlike most health offices, and we strive to make the process as comfortable and worry-free as possible. We value your time, so rather than sitting in a chair with a clipboard, we encourage you to print the First Visit Paperwork and fill it out beforehand to save you time.
Chiropractic care is a science, philosophy, and art focused on the intricate relationship between the spine and nervous system. Doctors of Chiropractic know that misalignments (subluxations) in the spine can interfere with the vital communication pathway between the brain and the body. Highly recommend Cain Family Chiropractic! The atmosphere is so welcoming. I have two little kids and I’m able to bring them with me no problem. Dr. Matt and Dr. Sarah are so caring, and very knowledgeable. They hold spinal workshops on Tuesdays that are so useful for spinal care! Check out this chiropractor if you are in search for one, you can’t go wrong!

Dr Cain is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. He is very caring and compassionate and wants to see you be the best you can be and as healthy as you can be. I was really nervous about going to my appointment but once we got to talking he walked me through the process and steps and explained every step with me. I feel like he has my best interest in hand. Thank you for calming my nerves and making me feel like a part of the family in your practice. Me and my husband both really love this practice.

Starting early August of 2020 I started getting Migraines and they would no go away. I would wake and go to sleep with them. This lasted for several months with numerous doctor visits, including specialists. Nothing seemed to help. I decided to look in to chiropractic care and decided to go with Cain Family Chiropractic after seeing reviews and being local to my area. Always the best part of my day! I chose Cain initially because it was the closest to where I live but I was so blown away by the knowledge I have gained about my body and how caring Dr. Matt and Dr. Sara was from the get go. I have been going over a month now and I wake up pain free now. I still have a ways to go for my body to heal but the little adjustments go a long way! Cain Chiropractic has been a wonderful experience for my daughter and I. My daughter has scoliosis and thus far the chiropractic care she has received has helped alleviate pain associated with her scoliosis. I, myself, have had relief from bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome since going to Cain Chiropractic.
The initial consultation and evaluation were the most thorough I’ve ever had. Dr. Matt spent more time discussing and educating me during the evaluation than any doctor I’ve ever been to in the medical field.

I’m not sure ‘5 stars’ is enough for this office. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Cain is very thorough and never makes you feel rushed or like you’re ‘just the next patient’. He not only makes the adjustments in office but equips you with the knowledge to make changes at home for the health of your spine. The office is very well kept and welcoming. I suffer from migraines and restless legs at night and after my first week of adjustments, I’ve not had one migraine and have been sleeping soundly at night. If you want an office who truly cares, look no further than Cain

I highly recommend Cain Chiropractic. I am new to the Knoxville area after being here for two weeks my leg was in so much pain I couldn’t walk on it, or bend it, or straighten it all the way without pain, it also went numb and cold to the touch.
