Jarred grew up in Norman, Oklahoma. He attended and graduated from the University of Oklahoma for both his bachelor and law degrees. In law school, Jarred was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the American Indian Law Review. During and after law school, he worked for a financial advisory firm where he developed a unique perspective on the financial planning issues relevant to estate planning.

I used Elwell and Spain for legal advice on a private placement memorandum. Mr. Elwell laid out his pricing structure ahead of time and outlined the advice he would be able to provide once he reviewed the relevant information. His upfront time/cost estimation and candor regarding my expectations were very much appreciated.
