I have to say, this was a superb experience for my daughters 7th birthday party. They arrived early (after they called first) and they sprayed down and cleaned everything. They guys were so nice and I would highly recommend they for your event.

Awesome service from start to finish! This company has great communication which made things very easy. The young men arrived early to set up the bounce house. They were very professional and friendly. They checked the bounce house to ensure it was functional and sanitized it right in front of me. The bounce house was great. We would most definitely rent from this company again.

I ordered my daughter a bounce house twice for her birthday from this company ..Great service! Reasonable prices..One time I asked for the bounce house from 11:00a.m-6:00pm but we didn't get to use the bounce house at 11:00a.m running late to our own party but they let us keep it longer..

I rented one of the larger combo units for both my daughters birthday over a holiday weekend, during the current pandemic. They contacted me immediately regarding any questions I had. I looked at weather 1 hour after ordering and seen 50% chance of rain. I called owner back stating my concern, he said do not worry, I will call you the morning of, if it looks like it's going to rain I'll refund your money. Day came, I'm 2 hours into cooking on grill and they show up and it starts pouring. They set it up in the rain, children loved it, actually turned into basically a giant water slide party. It

I rented a large bounce about a week ago, and couldn't be happier the service from Bounce N Jump a Rama, and the bounce that we rented. The booking process was simple and convenient, with flexible payment options, the driver was courteous and friendly, arrived early, was careful during set-up and took care to avoid power lines and obstacles, was available for questions we had, and was polite and courteous. Every year they come out and set up a bounce house for us. They usually dropped it off early and pick up later past the 24 hours rental time. I never have a problem and Rick is wonderful to work things out with. They deserve a 10stars. I definitely don't need to look anywhere else.
