J-MARK Co. is a manufacturing job shop offering complete sheet metal fabrication and machining to the electronics, aerospace, medical and military industries.
Here at J-Mark Manufacturing, Inc. we use high precision Murata Weidemann C3000 punch presses. This affords us the ability to work with sheets up to 50" x 100" using only one reposition. J-Mark possesses a large selection of Mate 112, 114 and Marathon style tooling. Our tooling inventory contains a large selection of clusters, lances, embosses, and extruders.
J-Mark Manufacturing, Inc. is committed to producing the highest quality machined part at a competitive price. Our production capabilities include 3 and 4 axis machining with part capacity as large as 40X20X20 inches, CNC 3D surfacing, manual mill, CNC Lathe and manual lathe, as well as a complete quality assurance department with a CMM.
GibbsCAM offers a broad range of CNC programming solutions for milling, turning, mill-turn, rotary milling, tombstone-fixtured, wire-EDM, and multi-turret/multispindle machining. Modeling functionality, tuned specifically for manufacturing, supports creating and manipulating wireframe, surface and solid geometries for machining.
Along with Silk Screen we have an in-house Powder Coating department. By not outsourcing this popular finish process we reduce production time, lower your cost, and remain in total control of your products quality.
