Visited them on 12/28/21 they acknowledged that I was there. I waited and waited and waited? After approximately 30 min of waiting I got fed up with their poor customer service and left! I do not recommend them!

I have been trying for a week to get Jernigan Healthcare to change my husband’s new rx for his pressure volume on his cpap machine from BBH Sleep Medicine. Between playing phone tag between the staff at Jernigan and the CRNP reaffirming that she has sent his new rx and the Jernigan staff claiming they have not received it, we are livid and extremely disappointed in the huge decline in customer service at Jernigan. I have verified the multiple confirmed communications that the sleep medicine office has sent over to Jernigan. Thank God we do not depend on this company for Oxygen. We have transferred

Desaray and Chelsie have helped so much while I been waiting on my doctor to send my paperwork for my breathing machine. So happy to have it and thankful these two ladys for being so kind and helpful. This place eased my fears of having to get a cpap In the first place ! Thank you !!

My husband gets his c-pap supplies from there and every time he goes there , there is nothing but problems. We have been trying for a week to get an adjustment on his c-pap and the doctors office tells us they sent the paper work and Jernigans says they did not get it. They will not return your calls and are not helpful when you call. No one should have that much trouble.My husband spoke with the doctors office and they confirmed they sent it. Someone over there needs to step up and do their jobs.

My husband was getting his cpap supplies here and was treated rudely everytime he went. They weren't willing to help with his needs and each time was told sorry we can't help you, when all he needed was his supplies.. Totally ridiculous for how he was treated and very unprofessional... Finding somewhere else even if it will have to be out of our own pocket...

Staff gets 5 stars.. all very friendly.. only thing that bothered me was the hidden 4% fee for CC/DC users. I understand that the owners may not want to pay for his customers to swipe cards, but TELL ME BEFORE HAND! I talked to 2 different reps at different times to get my balance due at time of service. Neither rep mentioned the 4% increase and in fact didn't add it in until I was standing there at the counter ready to pay.. That's not good at all.. You should definitely tell your customers all added costs ahead of time

Best experience by far any and all customer service can not compare Mrs. Misty should definitely get some accolades from corporate and all others staff members should be right behind her way to go guys

After sleep studies I was diagnosed with severe life threatening sleep apnea that had caused a heart dysfunction so I needed to begin on CPAP immediately. Even though the Dr didn't sign off on my study and Rx until late in the day, Jernigan got me in and set me up even though we weren't done until after closing time. The tech was extremely polite, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and helped me decide exactly what I needed. He went over use of the device in detail. That night I got the best sleep I've had in years. Jernigan is a busy place but there's a good reason.

Used Jernigan Health for my husbands needs for years now. Was treated with the most respect and professionalism by Desirae. Go ask for her if u need help. She will make sure u are taken care of from beginning to end

Took very good care of my mother's oxygen needs and the young lady at the front deak was super friendly and helpful today when I was there to purchase monitoring equipment.
