Jesse opened his own shop in 2009. He is a 4 time SCCA Runoffs Champion (2020, 2008, 2007, 2006) and finished 3rd in 2019 and 2017, the inaugural year of his JPM developed newly built car. Chassis Dyno Report

Jesse Prather Motorsports holds the only chassis dyno in the Topeka area. Accurately evaluate your engines performance and tune your engine for maximum power and torque. We can run nearly any vehicle up to 2000 horsepower and up to 200 mph. Baseline runs for knowing what your really putting to the wheels are also available.

JPM is a very professional race shop. The place is incredibly clean and organized. Jesse strapped my car on the dyno and in 2 hours of tuning found 30 peak HP, 40 peak Torque, and so much area under the curve over the entire RPM range. This is on an engine with less than 300 at the wheels and I was thinking it ran pretty good before he got started. I was impressed in his scientific approach to safely make incremental changes learning what the engine likes. Besides tuning the timing and fuel tables, he was able to address my high rpm torque loss by dialing in the VVT cam phasing which really changed

I had an issue with my Miata, i called and left a message, Jesse got back with me and left a message for me (a little phone tag..hey, it happens). His advice and willingness to help was fantastic. He was referred to me by a guy that is VERY particular about who he uses...Jesse has to be top notch of my buddy referred me to him.

Does great work with lots of titles to prove it. Small staff with lots of customers so it can sometimes take a little while to get in, especially around big races. But it's definitely worth it!
