Just had svc today less than 3 hrs after calling. Office personnel very professional, very accommodating. Tech called first as requested. Said he would be here in 45 minutes, arrived in 40. Work diagnosed and fixed really quickly. Never had svc on well pump before so no idea of prices. That said, I considered the charge fair and preferable to going into holiday without water. Kudos! Well done! Much appreciated!

I cannot say enough on how fast, friendly, and professional Roundman's team was when replacing my tank on 9/28/2020. Jennifer at the office dispatched Greg and Cody within an hour and they were very quick but attentive in their job performance of replacing my tank. There is a lot more to this task than one would expect. Not only did Roundman's replace my tank, but they were able to fix my neighbors well pump while on site. Great crew from Jennifer in the office to the crew in the field. I will recommend this organization to all my friends and family. Thanks you Roundman's!

They were very quick to come and take the equipment With a late payment Didn’t send anything in the mail either by the way and my husband had surgery that week and our communication was slim but life happens and then when they had to come back and install they were very rude wouldn’t answer any questions in regards to the new install or the warranty didn’t say hello or goodbye just call the office and the owners son had a huge chip on his shoulder. I wouldn’t recommend this company. I hope they don’t conduct the rest of the warranty with that same bad attitude

Great experience with this company. I called in with an issue and they answered any questions I had over the phone and sent out technicians at my convenience. I believe the technicians names were Marty and Will. Both were very knowledgable, informative, hand pleasant. Went above and beyond on the repair and explained everything they were doing as they went through the process. I'm in the service industry and I was very impressed with the service I received, as well as the quality of work and the reasonable bill at the end. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and will call only them

Water stopped working and gave them a call. They were out in less than 20 minutes but couldn’t do work due to lightning and heavy rain. Based on my description of the problem The guys thought the pump needed to be pulled.
Had them come back when the rain cleared. Marty and Freddy were the service professionals sent out and they were great. Before pulling the pump they tested the control box and it turned out to be the issue. Way cheaper repair than I was expecting. Very reasonable pricing for parts and honest work.
