Services
Our Company's origin goes all the way back to 1992 when Founder Raji Mugrabi, a life long resident of the Greater New Orleans Area, entered the Home Improvement arena. With a 24/7 mentality, he learned and got certified in all facets of the business.

His willingness to train ANYONE that was willing to put in the work regardless of experience eventually led to one of the largest organization's in the region with 7 offices and nearly 100 people working. The Majority of those first 10 years where spent providing high quality air filtration solutions to tens of thousands of families and commercial/Industrial clients in the Southeast Louisiana area.
From homeowner's insurance to monthly pest control, protecting your investment should always be high on your priority list. Natural disasters and hungry termites are usually at the top of the list, but we'd like to shed some light on an integral part of your home that is often overlooked at first - your plumbing.
10 years on top-line residential is a sign of high quality and confidence. Kinetico stands proudly behind the quality and reliability of its innovative water treatment products. Improving the quality of your water is important to you, and giving you the confidence that you've made a wise decision is important to us.
NSF International, formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation, is an international organization that tests and validates water treatment equipment, food preparation equipment and utensils. NSF is a private, not-for-profit organization that provides programs and services related to public health and safety and environmental quality.
Water touches nearly every aspect of peoples lives. Only one percent of water that comes into a home is used for drinking. The other percent is working water, proving that the benefits of high-quality water extend far beyond the kitchen faucet. When water quality is sub par, the effects reverberate throughout the home.

NOLA Water installed a whole house water softening system and microbial filter for our drinking water. Big A came out to our house multiple times to share information on products and services they offered, putting my mind at ease on making such a big investment. The installation process was easy and quick, and the quality of our water has been much improves - softer, cleaner water has resulted in better skin for our kids, and the drinking water is pure and gives me peace of mind with the questionable safety of New Orleans city water. Would definitely recommend.

I've been a homeowner for decades, and I'm used to service companies making promises about all the great things they can do for me, but they usually fall short. New Orleans Water Systems is NOT that kind of company, They are excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. When they did my install, they had to deal with an old system that was leaking, causing me water pressure issues, was not installed correctly in the first place, and was very expensive to maintain. Raji Mugrabi handled my account and has been true to his every word. They were prompt. They explained everything to me. They fixed

Great experience working with Brian and NOLA Water! If you do your research (like I did), you'll find that Kinetico products are highly rated but on the expensive side. But once you factor in shipping, installation, etc... It's not that big of a difference. I love that these products don't use electricity. So if my power goes out, I still have filtered water. I've noticed a huge difference in the quality of my water. For example, my coffee carafe had stains that I couldn't get off with steel wool. They've almost disappeared on their own. And my clothes don't smell like bleach anymore! (city water

I've waited a while to post this so I could gather good experience and information. A few months ago I got a whole home Kinetico water softener system. Going in I knew the benefits and what to expect. I am beyond impressed with my system. I had to work through the learning curve of don't use the same amount of soaps and detergents, because the soft water uses less. Getting used to taking a shower with the softer water was pretty easy though. As of now, my new coffee maker still looks new on the inside and will probably last for a long while. No more calcium or other gunk clogging up my shower head

I purchased a Kinetico water softener and drinking water system from this company 1 year ago and just had my first yearly filter change service call. I've had softeners in past homes and did some research, and this is by far the best I've had, using very little salt and requiring no electricity. Great staff, they work with you and you feel confident they're doing a good job. The service person was fast, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased a whole home water softener/ filtration system and RO drinking water filter. Stanley was a great salesperson, his demonstration was informative. The installation was scheduled a few days later. The installation crew, Big A and Virgil, were very accommodating and motivated to make the customer happy. Thanks.

Recently, I had a whole-house water treatment system installed and I am ecstatic about how this has changed my life! Living in NOLA, it is a fact on taste alone that our water system is not up to par. Therefore, having this system guarantees my health, safety and sanity during power outages and water-boil advisories. If you haven't called for your free water test... call now...you won't be disappointed.

K5 drinking water system was installed carefully into our kitchen and the water has been better than the spring water bottles we used to order - and much less of a hassle not having to handle all the 5 gallon bottles. Just had our first filter change and the customer service was great - came out right away and all is working well. So nice to have such a high quality dealer handling the K5 system in NOLA

In the process of building our new home, we knew we wanted a whole-home filtration system. We had met with another local company and were just not impressed with the product or the salesman. Our builder mentioned Nola Water, so we did a little research, liked what we saw, and decided to give them a call. Raji came to meet with us and discuss all options for the home water system. We ended up going with the Kinetico K5 Reverse Osmosis at the sink for drinking water, and VIQUA Whole House UV light system with water softener. Nola Water had options for the RO spout that matched our modern fixtures
