My car was unfortunately targeted for a smash and grab and in need of a rear windshield replacement. Whalley Glass came highly recommended, and were easy to work with… until they made significant damage to my paint during their repair and refused to take responsibility or have it fixed.
I cannot and will not ever recommend this business, nor will I ever return. Had I been paying out of pocket, I would absolutely have refused to pay until the damage was fixed. Additionally, I called my insurance company who has now noted the incident against this business.

I had my glass replaced on my windshield and they did a (PHENOMENAL) JOB***** Service was QUICK, FRIENDLY AND BY FAR THE BEST BANG FOR UR $... I had a problem where I (NEEDED) to leavemy car overnight , when they did the glass and the WOMAN (RECEPTIONIST) WAS A SWEETHEART!!! WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND WHALLEY GLASS☺🎉💗

Called at 6:45am, as a thief smashed the glass on my business, the lady who picked the phone went out of her way and got somebody from wallingford to orange to measure my glass door at 7:25am, guess what? it was installed by 8:30am!!!!!! Doesn't get any better than that! Excellent crew, customer service and very good price!
