Called Mike after a referral from my father regarding an issue with my AC unit. Always happens on the hottest of summer days in AZ. Mike returned my call with 15 mins and was very friendly, forthright, and helpful. He told me the tech would be to my house within an hour and 15 minutes, but Nate actually arrived with 45. Nate was extremely friendly and had the repair completed very quickly. I even signed up for the cactus program, as my 7yo units could use annual preventative maintenance. Honest, reliable, fairs prices, and good service. Hard to ask for more these days!

Thought I had a roof leak, but it turned out to be leaks in the HVAC ducts on my roof (cracked HVAC sealant from a very old system).
They sent someone out within a couple of days of my request to examine the problems & then scheduled someone for the next day.
The repair guy, Butch, showed up early, identified multiple cracks in my HVAC ducts, and sealed everything up. Everything looks great!

I have at times been initially disappointing with AHR, but they always, always, have gone the extra mile to make it right. Anytime I have had an issue if it is simple they fix it right away with minimal charges. I recently thought I had a minor refrigerant leak in my AC, they came out and investigated and assured me there wasn't. 3 weeks later I was sure I had a serious refrigerant leak. This is big business for an AC company, I had contractors tell me I needed new coils. Leigh from AHR came out and was 99 percent sure that wasn't it. He investigated to make sure it was not a leak, then

Chris came out and tuned up our AC unit. He was professional and answered all my questions. He discover the unit was a little bit low on refrigerant and promptly took care of that. I was a technician for Kodak Company for many years and could tell that after his inspection I can be secure in the health of our unit.

One star out of five is way too high for this company. UNBELIEVABLE what just happened here!!!! Especially in the dead of summer. So much for customer service. Mike, who identified himself as the owner of this company could NOT have been more rude if he tried. We have ONLY used this company at our business for years and when we had an issue, because the cooler went out (that was replaced last summer)... With the type of industry we work in, it's IMPOSSIBLE to run the business. We would have to shut down for the week which is not even an option.

Unit was making a horrible racket and Leigh came out promptly yesterday to diagnose the problem and Darold came out today to fix it. Both were courteous and good-natured, a pleasure to be around (I generally hang around to watch repairs because I like to learn what I can about pretty much anything). Jiggs (sp?) was very pleasant on the phone and Norma in the office apparently had quite a time trying to source a part for our ancient Goettl unit but she came through in the clutch. There was no hard sell to replace the 15- to 20-year-old unit.

We came home from a trip last night to find that our a/c was not blowing cool air. I called AHR at 8am this morning and a repair tech was at my door at 10:25am. The issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Great service response time and a knowledgeable tech. Thank you AHR for the quick response and cool air!
