Like most new ideas, Eye Candy Optical was born out of a personal need. We simply wanted more fashionable glasses than were available in Northeastern Ohio. Shopping for glasses is always a process with me, however with this experience I feel like I didn’t have to shop around! Branka was such a huge help! She was so patient and kind and honest! I will never go back to vision works! The quality of shopping at Eye Candy was worth more than the glasses! I’m very pleased with my purchase and will be purchasing from Eye Candy Optical in the future for sure!

I drove over from Pennsylvania in search of some new frames. I found a pair by Theo that I loved and was ready to purchase. The young man seemed very uninterested in helping me. When I asked about my insurance, he gave me a general idea of what it 'could' cost based on general plans, but there was no way to know for sure. He didn't offer to follow up on this Monday, just said I might want to give them a call sometime. I also noticed that sale prices on frames are not honored if any type of insurance is used, which seems a little ridiculous when you are talking about frames that are upwards of

I am a truck driver and needed a pair of glasses after mine broke right away. I was able to get an eye exam and a pair of glasses that I really like in about an hour. It was really amazing and super fast, I was able to go on my next trip next morning. Doctor and sales people were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices were not bad at all and there were so many choices for all budgets!!! My wife got a cool pair of Tom Ford sunglasses. 5/5 Highly recommend!

The place was super clean. They have candy all through the store which is cool and have drinks to offer. The doctor was nice. He explained everything to me. The two ladies that helped me were very nice. I wish I remembered their names. If your prescription is stocked you can get it in a hour but I got mine in 15 minutes. The prices are great! You can get expensive or very affordable. They have name brand too if you are into that. They have a huge selection. It was a an amazing experience. Can't wait to go back to get different frames.

My experience at Eye Candy Optical was AMAZING!!. We actually stopped in to find my daughter a pair of glasses(16yrs) and was very happy with the many selection to choose from. The staff was very patience and helpful "Thank you ". I liked the store and selections so much that I found a pair for myself...LOL. Hands down the best experience I’ve had buying prescription glasses and by far the fastest in delivering lenses- in under an hour! The staff are knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured while trying on frames. They sanitized the frames and counters repeatedly. They also worked with my insurance for discounts!! After decades of ordering prescription glasses, I have finally found a place that offers the most incredible customer experience. Thank you to the friendly staff at the beachwood location:)

I purchased my first pair of progressive lenses with the help of Francine, a knowledgeable and extremely engaging eyewear stylist. She encouraged me to look at the large selection of glasses, ask questions, compare styles, etc.
I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything, and she answered every question in such a way that I was able to genuinely understand how these lenses would be different from the ones I'd been wearing. Francine provided me constructive, informative feedback and assured me I could always come in for a fitting adjustment, or any other issue with the eyewear.

Steve and his crew are all classy, but not cheesy, friendly but not pushy, and the shop itself is absolutely spotless, pristine in fact; with a great selection of frames and styles. I have purchased my glasses here twice now. Both times, they almost immediately picked out the perfect frames for me. When I try on frames at Eye Candy I have no trouble saying "Yes" instead of "I guess."

I had the pleasure of saying this was the best retail eye glass store I have ever been to. I went to many before and I never had this phenomenal experience. I knew I needed new glasses since I was going two years with my prior pair and say this store as I was walking with my boyfriend shopping around crocker park. I wanted to check it out and that was the best decision I've ever made. I will no longer go to any other store for my next pair but this place.

Wow, not your average optical store, the experience is amazing! The staff and the doctor are very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help you find the best glasses that fit you. They offered coffee and other drinks as we tried on different frames. The selection is unbeatable; from well know luxury brands to one of a kind boutique brands, they have it all. They even give you chocolate, how sweet is that?! I'll definitely be back.

My husband suggested I check out Eye candy optical for the variety and quality of product they carry. I was looking for more flexible glasses because my daughter made it her pastime to play with / bend up the ones I already had.
The team was so helpful and I found perfect glasses. So many compliments since I've purchased them, and they've been more than happy to fix them up for me the few times I've gone back since. Any other glasses would have snapped but these ones are going strong! Will definitely be back for my next set!

Optician John Michnay did a fabulous job of helping me select frames that met my exact needs, taking the time to listen to every relevant bit of information I could give him to narrow down to the perfect glasses for me. He is very thorough and meticulous, and extremely knowledgeable about what he sells. Not only that, he is very dedicated to customer satisfaction, and cares deeply about making sure that you have received the best service and are completely satisfied.

So this one time when I was not drunk ... i know this already has a boring start but lets move on .. so this one time i was sober, in a moment of clarity i had deduced my incessant headaches were due to staring at my monitor all day. I know right, epiphany right there. Just happened in while visiting Crocker Park on a recent trip to Cleveland. I had been looking for glasses to fill a recently received prescription. It was Nirvana. Had a wide selection of unique and stylish frames unseen anywhere else I'd been. Steve was attentive and has a great eye for the perfect frames to fit your face & personality. He was so persuasive that my husband also bought a pair and he wasn't he even looking.

Let me start by saying I've worn glasses since the age of 7 so I've been to maybe optical stores and had many pairs of glasses. Eye candy is located fairly close to my house and I had commented on several of my clients glasses wondering where they got them and a few had said eye candy! I stopped in on a whim and was immediately greeted and given the run down! Their customer service is on point. This place is seriously exactly as awesome as the reviews suggest! Before today I didn't know a vision appointment was anything in between you either received a service or you didn't. Eye Candy's definitely a step way beyond.
Booking the appointment for my eye exam was as easy as making a couple of clicks on a computer. They even e-mail you the forms you need to fill out so you don't have to do it in office. Steve personally texted me the morning of to confirm my appointment (not a robot, a real text!) -- I seriously thought this was a really simple but awesome touch.

They have a wide range of glasses that will pretty much fit any personality type. Their selection is fantastic. I personally like to wake up excited to wear my glasses for the day and they pretty much NAIL IT. I'm a student and I was able to find a pair I could afford.
Staff is wonderful, nice, and accommodating. Had to adjust my lenses about a week and a half after purchase and had absolutely no problems. Oh, also REALLY enjoyed their all-inclusive prices.
