If I could rate 0 stars I would. Worst place ever! We had 5 pairs of pants hemmed, which they said would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went with no phone call saying they were finished. When I called, they said, oh they've been here a long time. Gee thanks, but that wasn't even the worst of it! My 4 yr old nephew could hem pants better than this place! The stitching isn't even, they aren't even stitched all the way around the hem!! On one pair I can put 3 fingers comfortably in between stitches!! These pants were $90 a pair and this place butchered all of them!

Had 5 shirts dry cleaned and they charged me $7.05 a shirt and it took almost a week. My regular dry cleaner only charges $3 a shirt for next day pickup. Nothing special about the work they do...They just charge twice as much as everybody else. If they would have told me when I took the shirts in that they charged more than twice as much as everyone else I would have laughed and gone elsewhere. Lesson learned.

I have used Ross Miller twice, first was good, second time I have missing buttons and lost hangers. I specifically said I had a button they needed to be tightened up and they told me they would take care of it. I should have known better when the girl who was taking the order just laughed and didn't make note of the button. I will be looking for a new cleaner.
