Santiago's Paint & Home Improvement

We had some chimney wood rot and other trim pieces on the exterior of our house. We got multiple quotes to remove the rotted wood, replace with Hardiboard and repaint the exterior of the entire house. Santiagos crew was ontime, courtious and did a great job with all tasks. They even pressure washed the entire outside of the house, sidewalk and driveway!!!

Just finished our nightmare appointment with this company to remove mold from under our kitchen sink. Yes, hiring a mold professional would have been ideal, but we are renters and do not have the final say. Anyways, the owner (Lucio) agreed to use Concrobium, they had almost 1 month to obtain the product. They instead used Zep Mold and Mildew, a bleach based product and claimed Home Depot did not carry it. (They do, so does Amazon.)
When asked them to stop the work, the man refused. The worker left the moldy boards in the backyard and when asked to dispose of them, he said it’s our problem.

Santiago's painters came in and protected everything and went to work. I work maintenance in Austin and I haven't seen quality like this since I've been in Austin. The few patch jobs they did, they blended flawlessly. I highly recommend.

Santiago's Paint and Home Improvement painted my home's exterior and did a fabulous job. I'm very happy and grateful for the care, high level of detail and perfection this company's hardworking team delivered. In addition to painting, they also made some needed repairs prior to painting and did expert work. Every person I dealt with was highly professional. They also are all super nice people and easy to work with. I'm extremely happy with my experience with this company and definitely would hire them again.

My mom told me she found a awesome company for painting and she wasn’t wrong! I got a text in less than 24 hours about my project. They were super helpful in helping select my paint color and finish. Arrived on time very respectful and customer service was awesome! They really took the extra time in the detail of the paint job. The price point was the best I found after spend 2 months looking! I will say this company is all around awesome !! Thank you Santiago's painting !!! I’m so happy with how the project turned out :)
