I started working with Squadlocker 2 months ago after searching for companies that create custom athletic uniforms. I read their site top to bottom and checked them out on the BBB. After I had my first initial call with one rep who essentially educated me on the company and what they could do for us, I was then sent to an account rep who has taken our team on and walked us through the process of a complete overhaul of our team's look. Just getting started in my Squad Locker experience but, so far, the customer service has been great! In particular, customer service representative Julia M. I do, however, wish that SquadLocker made it easier to customize gear. Size and positioning of logos is preset and you have to go through their representatives to change size and positioning. Furthermore, they'll only allow this special customization on 4-5 products. For a small organization such as myself, however, this is no problem! Thanks again to Julia, she was awesome!

I had an issue with an order that I received and contacted customer service. Julia responded to my email within an hour and was amazing. She helped correct the issue and went above and beyond to get a new item shipped to me. I can't say enough about how helpful she was! Great service, great company :)

What began as a negative experience with the company came to a satisfactory conclusion thanks to a very helpful customer service rep. (identified as Luis E.) We were sent the wrong size sweatshirt (the size of the shirt is different from the size we ordered) and we were disappointed because int was supposed to be a holiday gift for my son. I was pretty annoyed and ready to simply get a refund and not order from the company again, but Luis made it very easy to get a replacement. He was patient and polite, answered all of my questions, and got to work on resolving the issue. I know these customer

I’ve really appreciated the customer service from SquadLocker over the holidays. I had a shipment arrive missing one piece and when I contacted them a few weeks later the error was acknowledged immediately and sent for correction. When the item was back ordered we discussed alternatives and ultimately decided to stick with the original. I got regular updates throughout and was finally notified yesterday that my order is on the way! Special thanks and all appreciation to Daryna in customer service, who has been wonderful to work with for the last several weeks as we’ve gotten to done.

Amazing Customer Service! I requested a size change days after placing my order, which was accommodated! That never happens with other companies. My items arrived in a timely manner, all except one. When I filled out the inquiry form online, Victoria responded that she looked into the matter and that my item would ship in a few days. Then she followed up with a second email informing me that my item shipped and included a tracking number. I was so impressed with the response and quick turn around (especially in our current world where everything seems to be delayed). I definitely will be ordering
