Rebecca, you are very lucky to have a fine and hardworking person as Virginia, she is such a pleasure to see her when I come in to Dunkin. She is always working, polite and always willing to help. GOOD people are hard to find, keep her. You go through a lot of help there, it is nice to see the same people there.

I was just at the Tenney brook in bennington vt. I had a very negative experience with one of your managers on her badge it just says *smiles* there is no name. When I walked up to the counter with the items I wanted to purchase *smiles* ignored me and continued to talk with another customer that she had already cashed out. When she finally rang me up I used my bank card she rang it up as credit without asking and when I said I wanted it rang up as debit she ignored me three times until a customer behind me asked what was wrong when I said I wanted it to be rang up as debit "smiles* said very rudely
