I have used the them several times in the past and been pleased. After my most recent service call I will not be using them again. Had them come to my shop to plug in to my truck that lost oil pressure. Charges where not explained in advance, then when they got to my shop that is exactly 14 miles away from them. The tech spent 10 minutes here. Told us to change the oil pressure gauge and if that didn't work take it to Stoops. After that sound advice and a thirty dollar sensor, that did nothing we called the shop manager who once again gave no direction. I just received a $345.00 bill via email

1 of the coldest days of the year. Wind chill in the -30's. My truck & others are gelling up & others have brakes freezing. I was able to limp in & they took care of the truck, were professional & friendly. These guys were flooded with service calls, out in that cold all day & the drivers they couldnt get to right away, someone from the office or shop took a personal vehicle & rescued.. they put aside all other work to focus only on weather related breakdowns. They were doing this at a very low price i feal.. they should be given an award as far as im concerned.. good people! Excellent shop!
