Our experience has been truly awful, from the quality of the t-shirt product, the turn around time, and communication. We went to use the company an second time around and both the sales rep/owner were rude in there delivery of basic information. They wanted to recharge the screen prices a 2nd time for the same order. Also, upon our first print of shirts they came out in pastel colors instead of primary as ordered. So we also had to wait for reprints and received holes in our shirts, loose hems... sadly unsatisfied and have to go elsewhere on the island.
